When it come to being active I always come prepared with a few or a lot of items depending on where and how much I workout. This gear list is just a snippet of what I use and is not written in stone but will change from time to time according to my workout routine and lifestyle.

Devices

iPhone – for music and emergencies.

Hijab- Light and breathable.

Shirts – depending on the season/weather they are light-mid weight and breathable.

Pants – depending on the season/weather they are light-mid weight and breathable.

Brush and comb – comes in handy when you need to restyle your hair.

Facial cleanser– is use mainly natural and fragrance free cleansers they are more loving to my skin 😀

Facial scrub – some scrubs can be harsh to the skin so I use a small amount and try to keep my usage to 1-2 times a week.
